CS Student & IT Intern
I grew up in Kyiv, trained in martial arts, learned to play guitar, and somehow ended up writing software for Swiss railways. That's the short version. The longer one involves moving countries twice, picking up four languages along the way, and realising that the things I love most — whether it's code, music, or a good sparring session — all share the same core: showing up, putting in the work, and getting a little better every day.
Right now I'm studying Computer Science at BFH in Bern while interning at SBB, where I build and improve software used by real people every day. On the side I lead a student project team, tutor refugee kids in German and English, and still find time to hit the gym or the mat.
I care about writing code that's clean and accessible, about being genuinely useful to the people around me, and about keeping life interesting outside the screen too.
I've always needed something physical to balance the mental load. Sport isn't a hobby I picked up — it's been part of my life since I was a kid and it shapes how I think: discipline, consistency, knowing when to push and when to recover.
Whether you have a project in mind, an internship opportunity, or just want to say hello — my inbox is always open. I'm based in Bern, Switzerland and open to new opportunities.
